Second power outage at Phoenix hands NASCAR Trucks win to Erik Jones

B16S1MMIQAA__kMAfter two delays due to power outage and ending the race with 24-laps to go, it was pole-sitter Erik Jones dominating the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series (NCWTS) Lucas Oil 150, and winning Friday night at Phoenix International Raceway.

Jones, who led the most laps – 114 out of 126, received his third series win of the 2014 season, his fourth series career win and his second series win at Phoenix International Raceway.

The current series points leader, Matt Crafton, finished in second, while Cole Custer took third, Ryan Blaney fourth and Ben Rhodes finishing in fifth-place.

Rounding out the top-ten finishing positions were: Darrell Wallace Jr. claiming sixth, John Hunter Nemechek seventh, Austin Dillon eighth, Johnny Sauter ninth and series Rookie of the Year (ROTY) candidate, Tyler Reddick, brought home tenth-place.

With his second-place finish, Matt Crafton heads to the final race of the season (the Ford EcoBoost 200 at Homestead-Miami Speedway) with a 25-point lead over Ryan Blaney.
